Verdane funds seek to be the preferred investor and active owner of technology-enabled growth companies in Northern Europe. They provide flexible growth capital to fast-growing software, consumer internet, energy or high-technology industry businesses. The funds are distinctive in that they can invest either in a single company or in portfolios of companies. Verdane funds have invested in over 300 holdings over the past 15 years. Verdane Capital Advisors has 38 employees working out of offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and London.

Verdane increases its share in momox through transaction with German Media Pool

Stockholm/Berlin -- Verdane Capital X (“Verdane”) has increased its ownership in momox, one of Europe’s leading re-commerce platforms, by acquiring German Media Pool’s shares through a secondary acquisition. The share acquisition is part of a portfolio transaction, which sees Verdane increase its presence on the German e-commerce market following the recent launch of Verdane Capital X, the firm’s new SEK 6 billion fund.
