acquires Lekmer

Verdane Capital VII portfolio company acquires Lekmer and further strengthens its market leading position in the Nordics.  Together with, which acquired in November 2014, the award-winning retailers have a leading market position in the children’s premium fashion and product segment.

The Babyshop Group, which includes,,, and has annual run rate sales of €120 million, 6 million website visitors per month and over 1 million retail customers per year. The Group has customers in over 170 countries, fulfilling these orders through its automated warehouse operations in Jönköping, Sweden.
