    Verdane Capital VI K/S (Verdane) and the other shareholders in AppliedSensor have agreed to sell 100% of the company to ams, the manufacturer of sensor and analogue solutions, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich (ticker symbol: AMS).
