Trondheim-based Verdande Technology and Aptomar will receive funding from Verdane Capital Funds (Verdane) to drive international growth. Current shareholders Investinor, Statoil Technology Invest and ProVenture, are also contributing further capital and will continue to be involved in the companies alongside Verdane.

Verdane Capital VII K/S (Verdane VII), founder Jakob Tolleryd and some other private investors have sold portfolio company Compricer AB (Compricer) in a transaction with Schibsted Media Group. During Verdane VII's holding period of just over two years, the company has doubled revenues and increased profitability five times.

Industri & Montasjeservice AS (IMS) has today signed a definitive agreement to acquire all shares in TeamTec Invest AS (TeamTec). TeamTec is currently owned by Verdane Capital IV Twin AS (Verdane) and TeamTec Partners AS (employees of TeamTec). In addition to 100% of the shares in TeamTec Invest AS, the transaction also includes buildings and property related to TeamTec premises at Tangen in Tvedestrand.
