    Stockholm/Berlin -- Verdane Capital X (“Verdane”) has increased its ownership in momox, one of Europe’s leading re-commerce platforms, by acquiring German Media Pool’s shares through a secondary acquisition. The share acquisition is part of a portfolio transaction, which sees Verdane increase its presence on the German e-commerce market following the recent launch of Verdane Capital X, the firm’s new SEK 6 billion fund.

    In a move to further accelerate the offline-to-online migration of food and auxiliary products for Swedish households, Verdane Capital VII (“Verdane”) has agreed to sell part of its stake in MatHem to Kinnevik AB (publ) together with the company’s other shareholders. The SEK 900 million transaction combines 400 million in primary capital and 500 million in secondary shares.
